2026 is already proving to be a tumultuous year for the ELT industry. We’ve supported members through yet more redundancy processes and challenged greedy bosses who tried to shortchange their staff.
But being in a union isn’t only about holding the bosses to account. It’s also about building a community of ELT workers who can support one another, share a laugh, and even talk a bit of shop.
We’ll be meeting up for a drinks and chats on the evening of March 14th. Open all ELT workers, not just members, so invite your workmates. No managers please.
